Pros:	Great food clean rooms with excellent wiew.
Cons:	Baht 500 guest fee and a little far from everything but Suzys Massage and Sabai Dee

I stayed here in early June 2001. I double booked through an agent. Was a very nice place and a great room. Right on Beach Rd in North Pattaya and Soi 2. They had a great pool and theme buffets.

Cons:	Very expensive for Pattaya 500 baht guest fee mini bar is a rip-off away from the action doens't really cater to the single male tourist

I stayed here once when I came to Pattaya for the first time back in 1997. I booked through an agent in Bangkok. The rooms were clean and had a tv and mini bar which you would expect for the price. The mini bar drinks and snacks were very expensive so I left them be.

I took a girl back from classroom agogo just up the road on my 2nd day and had to pay a 500 baht fee. The staff were friendly and professional and the the building is attractive with a large reception area. This hotel caters mainly to package holiday makers and I got the impression I was the odd one out on my 2nd day there when I brought back a girl to my room. The next day they hit me with the 500 baht guest fee.

On my 3rd day I got clued up and decided to leave and take a suite in the Baybreeze Hotel at half the cost. IMHO this place should be avoided. It would be an OK place in many other places but in Pattaya it falls way behind the competition. It just isn't really a sanukers hotel. Leave it to the package holiday makers and families. If you are looking for a hotel that is in a quiet part of Pattaya to spend a few days with your girlfriend or family even then it's ok but you could do better do much better for the price.
