The location is very good, right next to Silver Sands resort on Ao Phai beach. The hotel has their own speed boat for free so make sure to contact them to schedule transfer before going. If you don't want to go far to eat dinner, there is a restaurant on the beach in front of SilverSands. This is of these 'in front of the hotel on the beach' type restaurants is probably the best on the island. You will find many of these types of restaurants scattered all over, especially on Had Sai Kaew. There is a moto bike/ATV rental when you get to the main road. For the price this hotel was very nice. The room was big. One big bed and a smaller one next to it. The use of teak wood or whatever dark wood wasn't the best cause as the wood ages it gives off a rather 'woodsy' smell. There are some mosquito's around so close your hotel doors quick. There are much more mosquito's by the area with thick foliage.
