Stayed 20/07/2003. Good guest house built in last 2 years. Owner Dutch. Very clean comfortable rooms. Air con tv fridge etc. Corner rooms are a lot bigger. No problem with guest or 2!!

Can be a little noisy first thing in the morn (barking dogs). Safety boxes in lobby didnt look too safe!!

Stayed here for 6 nights Sep 2004, price I paid included a small breakfast, (toast,coffe,fruit), would have been 550 without breakfast, very good staff, very helpful, no probs with girls in the room, ID at desk. 300mtrs from Bangla Rd and the beach, not the top end but well worth the money.

well past its time, l dont recomened

second time ive stayed here, and its gone right down hill, lm sure there using the same towels from 2004, light switches and sockets hanging frm walls, windows that wont close or lock, and expensive food from the reception area.
the online price quoted was 960 bht in January, which l didnt accept, and got a walkin price of 500bht a night in September, but they tried to get me to pay the 960bht the next morning !!! beware
no internet access at all now
the only positive is its location
